Stable Celorga download URL

Celorga release automation uses one permanent template for versioned disk images:

https://org2.gateway.scarf.sh/downloads/{version}/{artifact}

For example, the current Celorga builds are:

https://org2.gateway.scarf.sh/downloads/0.8.8/OpenOrg.dmg
https://org2.gateway.scarf.sh/downloads/0.8.8/OpenOrg-Intel.dmg

Scarf redirects those requests to the matching github.com/aviaviavi/celorga/releases/download/{version}/{artifact} files. No release files are hosted separately by Scarf.
