Your notes, your files, and your AI agents, working together.

Celorga is a Mac and iPhone workspace for notes, tasks, meetings, and data. Bring in the agents you choose, approve what matters from anywhere, and share polished results, all from plain-text files you own.

Open source · No account required · Works without AI until you connect an agent

A shared Celorga conversation where one AI agent summarizes a note that only it can decrypt, and a second agent uses that summary to update a data notebook
One agent reads a note only it can decrypt and hands off a redacted summary. A second agent builds on it, and the change waits for your approval.

See your day. Keep the context.

Your agenda brings tasks from across your notes into one view. See what's overdue, focus on today, or plan ahead, then open a task with the project notes and decisions behind it.

  • Tasks stay in your notes. Schedules, deadlines, and TODO states live in the same plain-text files as the work.
  • Choose your view. Filter the agenda and switch between Focus, Today, Range, and All Time.
  • Keep the source beside you. Select a task to read its note without leaving the agenda.

Bring every AI agent you use into one workspace.

Connect the coding agents, chat assistants, and local models you already run, on this Mac or another one. Put them in one conversation, compare their answers, and pass work from one to the next where you can see every step.

  • Different access for different agents. Encrypt a note to one agent's key. Other agents only see what that agent hands off.
  • Shared memory. Every agent reads and cites the same plain-text notes, so you don't re-explain context for each tool.
  • Shared to-do list. Assign an ordinary TODO to a person or an agent and follow its progress, even when you switch tools.

Delegated work shows what is running, what it produced, and what is waiting on you.

Agents do the busywork. You make the calls.

Routine steps run in the background. Anything consequential, like publishing a page, sending a follow-up, or accepting an AI-written summary, waits in one approval queue until you say yes.

  • Approve, reject, or request changes from your Mac or your iPhone. Deciding in one place updates the other.
  • See exactly what you're approving, with a link to the draft and the notes it came from.
  • AI-written content stays marked as a draft until a person accepts it.

Your numbers live next to your notes.

Point a note at a CSV or database, write a query, and get a table and chart right in the document. Results are saved with the note, so they open instantly and refresh only when you ask.

  • Filter and sort tables in place, and save the view back to the note.
  • Every result records when it last ran and how fresh it needs to be.
  • Agents read the same saved results you see, so their answers match your charts.

Share a note with anyone, in the format they use.

Pick a note or one section of it and choose where it goes. Celorga removes the private parts first: tasks, internal IDs, comments, and anything else that should stay in your notes.

  • Private link. A secret web page, PDF, or slide deck served from your Mac to anyone on your network.
  • Google Drive. An editable Google Doc, Slides deck, or Sheets workbook, or a PDF.
  • Update in place. Publish again and the same link or file updates, so people always see the latest version.
  • Local link
  • Web page
  • Google Docs

From conversation to done.

Record a meeting on your Mac and it's transcribed locally. You get a summary, the decisions, and action items that are real tasks on your agenda.

  • Everything links up. Link people, projects, and data from any note.
  • Backlinks for free. Every note shows what links to it, so the project page, the person, and the day all lead back to this meeting.

Action items are tasks with dates. The Context pane lists every note that links here.

No lock-in. No database. Just files.

Everything is stored as readable text files in a folder on your Mac. Open them in any editor, keep them in Git, and switch apps or AI models without migrating anything.

Local by default

Nothing leaves your Mac unless you connect an agent or publish something. There's no account to create.

Sync your way

Use iCloud, Git, Syncthing, or any folder sync. Share a workspace with teammates the same way.

Encrypt what's sensitive

Encrypt a single section to yourself, a device, or one agent, and keep the rest of the file readable.

Edit anywhere

Open the same files in VS Code, Vim, or Emacs, or script them with the Celorga command line.

What a Celorga document looks like

One plain-text document can carry notes, tasks, dates, links, data records, source provenance, and agent handoff boundaries while staying readable in any editor.

Start with your day. Add agents when you're ready.

Celorga Alpha is useful on its own for notes, tasks, and planning. Connect an agent whenever you want help. The Celorga runtime provides the independently specified compiler, CLI, and editor tooling underneath the app, so the same files also work in VS Code, Vim, and Emacs.
